Hear a new Rihanna song, “As Real As You and Me”, off the soundtrack to the upcoming movie “Home”.
Rihanna will lend her voice to the upcoming DreamWorks CGI animated film Home, in which she’ll play the role of a teenage girl named Tip, who makes an unlikely friend with an alien whose race is plotting to take over Earth. If that doesn’t have you hooked, then you should know that Rihanna is contributing a handful of original songs to the soundtrack, including “As Real As You and Me”, which leaked today.
“As Real As You and Me” attempts to do little else than showcase Rihanna’s impressive singing voice, though she’s kept grounded by a piano score courtesy of Rodney Jerkins, who has produced for R&B superstars like Mary J. Blige, TLC, and Destiny’s Child.
